Refund policy

Customers are advised to inspect their items upon delivery to prevent any potential disputes.

We will accept an exchange/refund only within 14 Days from date of delivery, under the following circumstances:

• Product packaging is broken or damaged.
• Product is past its expiry date.
• Product is defective.
• Wrong product delivered.

 

A refund will only be issued if no replacement is available for the product you ordered.
